Should I buy now?

by Jim Stakem 11/23/2009

In my opinion the values of homes in Northern Virginia and especially in Loudoun County are as low as they are likely to go. When you combine the values with the exceptional interest rates this is as good as it gets! Any time you decide to make a large investment you should consider the risks involved. The risk of purchasing now is very small, the prices and interest rates are not going much lower and the risk of waiting is much worse! In the future it is very likely that both the prices and interest rates will go up. Your biggest problem will be finding a property to purchase! Have your Realtor check the availability of new homes. You may have to delay your move but you will at least get what you want. It is definitely the time to make that next purchase!
